    Cats like a den with one way in and a roof overhead. Wrenna gives them exactly that: a domed felt shell with a round side opening, so they get somewhere enclosed to settle without disappearing behind the sofa for the whole afternoon.

    The shell is dense pressed felt that holds its shape rather than collapsing when a cat leans against the side, and it is light enough to pick up and move to wherever the sun has landed. A removable cushion sits in the base and lifts out for washing. If your cat would rather have an open bed, the dome folds back on itself to make a shallow nest instead.
