Follow your delivery from dispatch to doorstep.

Step 1: Find your tracking number

When your order leaves the facility, we send a dispatch email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Open that email and tap the link. If you cannot find it, search your inbox for “Kivora Home” and check your spam and promotions folders.

Paste or type your tracking number into the field below to see the latest scan and estimated delivery.

What to expect

Tracking usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch before it shows real movement, and it can go quiet for a few days mid-journey while your parcel travels between sorting hubs. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days overall.

If your order contains more than one item, it may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, arriving on different days. Track each number individually. If one part has arrived and another has not, the rest is still on its way.

Still stuck after 10 business days with no tracking movement? Email support@kivorahome.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. We reply within 24–48 hours.
