To get an answer faster
Include your order number (it starts with the letters in your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged or faulty, attach a photo of the item and the packaging in your first message. That usually saves a round trip and lets us resolve it straight away.
Before you write
- Waiting on a delivery? Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, and tracking can take 2–5 business days to start updating.
- Order arrived incomplete? Multi-item orders often ship in separate packages, so the rest is likely still on its way. Check the tracking for each item.
- Want to send something back? You have 30 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we will start the return.
