Why we started

Furnishing a home should not mean twelve browser tabs and twelve different checkouts. A lamp from one site. Storage baskets from another. A kettle from somewhere that charges more for shipping than the kettle costs. Somewhere in the middle of all that, the good ideas you had for your space quietly turn into a chore.

We built Kivora Home to fix that. One shop, one basket, one order. Decor, lighting and lamps, kitchen and dining, storage and organisation, bedroom, bathroom, cleaning and laundry, smart home and gadgets, home office, outdoor and garden, pets, and kids and nursery. The everyday things that make a place feel finished, at prices that leave room for the rest of your life.

What we choose, and how

We are a generalist shop, but we are not an everything shop. Every product we list has to earn its place.

We look for things that work. Clean, modern design that suits a rented flat as easily as a first house. Materials that hold up to daily use. Sizes and finishes that fit real rooms, not showrooms. And a price that makes sense for what you are getting, because most of us are refreshing a space on a budget, not redoing it from scratch.

If a product only looks good in the photo, it does not make the catalogue.

Curated Quality

We review each item before it goes live, checking build quality, materials, finish and supplier track record. When something starts drawing complaints, we pull it. Our range stays deliberately edited so you are choosing between a few good options, not scrolling past hundreds of near-identical ones.

Fast & Tracked Shipping

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, and every order ships with tracking so you can follow it the whole way. Because we source from specialist suppliers rather than one warehouse, a multi-item order can arrive in separate packages, sometimes a few days apart. That is normal, and your tracking will show each one.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Email support@kivorahome.com with your order number and we will walk you through it. If something arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo and we will sort it out. No hoops.
