A drawer with no structure becomes a drawer you dig through. These dividers slot together into whatever grid the contents call for, so socks stay with socks and the chargers stop tangling with everything else in there.
The panels notch into one another at fixed intervals, which means you can build long channels for utensils or small squares for jewelry, then rebuild the whole thing in a minute when the drawer changes job. They cut down with household scissors to fit a shallow or narrow drawer. The plastic is stiff enough to hold its shape under a full load, and light enough that you can lift the grid out in one piece when it is time to clean underneath.
