Worth knowing before you buy
- Battery life is the most common gripe. Roughly a sixth of the critical reviews wish it held a charge longer. If it is going to live in one spot, leave it on the cable and treat cordless as the exception rather than the rule.
- Check the remote is in the box. The other recurring complaint, at about the same rate, is a missing remote. Most functions are reachable on the unit itself, but the colour cycling is much easier with it. Email support@kivorahome.com if yours is missing.
- It needs a surface to project onto. A plain pale ceiling or wall gives the effect you have seen. A textured or dark surface swallows most of it.
