Not a horseshoe cushion. This is a soft fleece wrap with a hidden internal support inside it, so it holds your head at the angle it already wants to fall to instead of propping your neck up from behind.
It rolls down to about the size of a paperback and clips onto a bag, which is the reason people who own one actually travel with it.

Worth knowing before you buy
- It wraps, it does not cradle. If you are expecting the familiar U-shaped pillow, this is a different object and it takes a flight or two to get used to. Buyers who dislike it usually dislike the wrapping sensation itself.
- It gets warm. Fleece around your neck on a full aircraft is warm, and around one review in five says so. If you run hot, factor that in.
- It supports one side, not forward. The support works when your head tips to a shoulder. It will not stop your chin dropping to your chest if you sleep bolt upright, and reviewers expecting that are the other main group who are disappointed.
- This is a Trtl-branded product. It arrives in the maker's own packaging. We stock it, we did not make it.

Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with any parts or accessories they came with.
To start a return, email support@kivorahome.com with your order number and a short note about the item. We reply with return instructions.
Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
