Dryer sheets get used once and thrown away. These six wool balls do the same job load after load. They bounce through the drum, separate damp fabric and let hot air move, so clothes come out sooner. Shorter cycles mean less heat on your favourite jumpers and less time waiting on a wash.
Wool softens fabric on its own, so you can cut back on liquid softener without ending up with stiff towels. Nothing has been added, no fragrance and no coating, so bedding and baby clothes come out smelling of nothing at all. If you do want a scent, put a few drops of essential oil on a ball before the cycle starts and it carries through the load.
