A personal fan that clips where you need it. The edge of a desk, a bed frame, a shelf, a tent pole. The head turns a full circle, so you can re-aim it without moving the clamp.
It runs off its own rechargeable battery or straight from a USB lead, and the speed is a touch dial rather than three fixed settings, so you can set it just below the point where you start noticing it.

Worth knowing before you buy
- This is a personal fan, not a room fan. Airflow is what reviewers disagree about most: 36% of the positive reviews single out how much air it moves, and 20% of the negative ones say the opposite. They are describing the same fan from different distances. Within arm's reach it is genuinely strong. Across a room it is not, and nothing this size would be.
- Battery life depends on the speed you run it at. Low and steady, it lasts hours. Wound up to the top of the range it drains quickly, and buyers expecting all-day life at full power have been disappointed.
- Test it properly in the first few days. Around one review in seven is negative, and the largest single theme is reliability, either units that stop working or ones that charge poorly.
