We won’t call it “cloud-like” or promise it “never goes flat”, because you’ve heard that before. We’d rather be honest than oversell. And if it isn’t right for you, you have 30 days to return it.

What if I really am just too picky?

Then you’re in good company. Most people who end up here have been through pillow after pillow and started to blame themselves. Wanting to wake up rested isn’t picky. Try it, and if it isn’t the one, send it back within 30 days.

What if it goes flat on me?

Email support@kivorahome.com. We won’t reply with “did you fluff it?” We’ll listen and help you sort it out, and within 30 days you can return it.

Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unused, in its original packaging and complete. Email support@kivorahome.com with your order number and we reply with return instructions. Once the return arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
