Two towels that live by the back door for the walk that ends in rain. The pile is a thirsty microfibre that pulls water out of a wet coat far faster than a spare bath towel does, which shortens the gap between the doormat and a dry dog.
They are cut smaller than a bath sheet, so they are easy to work with one-handed around legs and paws while your other hand is holding a wriggling dog still. A hanging loop in the corner means they dry properly instead of sitting damp in a heap by the door. Microfibre releases hair in the wash rather than holding onto it, so they come out of the machine ready to go again.
