If your feet dangle or you end up tucking them under the chair, your legs know about it by mid-afternoon. The Brae gives them somewhere to sit flat, which lets you push the chair back far enough to actually use the backrest.
The platform tilts through a range of angles and locks where you leave it, or you can unlock it and let it rock, which keeps your ankles moving through a long call. The height adjusts in steps, so it suits a low dining chair as well as a proper desk chair. The top has a raised texture you can feel through socks, and the base grips both carpet and hard floors, so it does not slide forward the moment you press against it.
